Flake system
Type of Locations : Garage floors, Doctor Offices, Commercial Stores, etc.
Polymer Flake is the most common Epoxy System to have in a garage. It has unlimited color patterns, the amount of texture left behind can be controlled, it hides dirt extremely well and has so many more benefits! Upgrade your garage with garage epoxy flooring!
How it Works
The flake acts as fiber to concrete. Once the epoxy is spread over the substrate, we then broadcast the polymer flake into the epoxy at 100% rejection. This allows the flake to overlap itself and add an unmeasurable amount of durability.

Concrete grind and seal
What are the benefits of Using a Concrete Sealer?
Having a tough, water-tight seal helps protect against environmental conditions that can cause long-term damage to your concrete. For example, water that freezes and thaws in the concrete during the winter months can lead to scaling and cracking over time.
Because concrete is so porous, it can become damaged by water and other elements that seep into its surface. To protect against this, we use an industrial-grade penetrating sealant that resists dust, stains, and UV rays, reduces the growth of mold and mildew, and repels water from the surface
Concrete sealant also helps prevent against
-
Efflorescence
-
Scaling
-
Surface popping, aka spalling
-
Salt and de-icing agent protection

Industrial Epoxy Floor
Specialized industrial epoxies mixed with silica sand or quartz to create an extremely durable, high-compressive-strength mortar, which is troweled down or broadcast up to 1/4 inch thick for the highest durability and increased chemical resistance. Ideal for heavy industrial use, forklift traffic, and high-impact use.
Increased compressive strength and chemical resistance, seamless, waterproof, stain resistant, and easy to clean. Varying levels of slip resistance available.
Good For Auto Shops, Fire Houses, Locker Rooms, Hallways, etc.
