Our Story
Pancakes Xpress is a newly opened restaurant in Hackensack, New Jersey. Our goal was to bring Diner style cooking to the residents and guests that visit our beautiful town. Having worked in many high end diners throughout New Jersey, Pancakes Xpress was created by a chef with much experience in Diner Style Cooking.
