Our team will create a complete custom menu for your next event that is unique to your needs. Our own original spins on traditional Peruvian favorites give the menu an authentic taste with a unique twist on Latin cuisine.
Santa Brasa catering food will arrive in covered aluminum trays, or plastic containers. We only provide the food trays, no chafing dishes/stands, fuel, candles, or other accessories. When placing your order please inform us if you require plastic plates, otherwise they will not be automatically added to your order. Thanks!
